What is a Chakra and what do you mean clear my Chakras?

As a yogi, and a health care professional, I can tell you that chakras, are energy centers in our body.  There are seven main ones that run along our spine.

Each chakra is associated with different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Clearing your chakras involves practices like meditation, yoga, and other techniques to balance and release blockages in these energy centers. This clearing practice promotes harmony and vitality in your mind, body, and spirit, leading to a more balanced and centered life.
