With over 30 years of experience as a critical care nurse and a 500-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, I bring a unique combination of professional expertise and heartfelt compassion to every session. As a burnout survivor, I know how it feels to be pushed to your limits—and how transformative the right support can be.

After leaving my nursing career following the challenges of COVID-19, I shifted my focus to holistic healing. My mission is to help others prevent disease, reduce stress, and live more fulfilled lives. I’ve been where you are, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
