5 Week Beginner Yoga Series
No experience needed. Everyone in the room is starting at the beginning.
New to yoga? This five week series will guide you through the foundations step by step.
Each class introduces foundational poses, safe alignment, and simple breathing techniques so you can move with confidence. You will practice in a small supportive group where questions are welcome and everyone is learning together.
By the end of the series you will feel more comfortable in class, understand the basics of yoga, and feel stronger in your body.
