Mothers Day Restorative Immersive | A Morning Just For You

Mother’s Day does not have to start with a reservation or a restaurant. It can begin in a quiet room, with your body fully supported and nothing required of you.

This is a one hour specialty restorative session offered for Mother’s Day.

Bring your mother. Join with your daughter. Come with a friend. Or book your own space and begin the day here.

During this class you will rest in a small number of fully supported floor postures, each held for several minutes so your body does not have to work.

Transitions are minimal and the emphasis is on support.
