New Year Reset | Restorative Yoga
A special Sunday morning restorative yoga class offered at West Door Yoga.
Spend an hour supported by bolsters and blankets, with poses held for longer periods.
Stillness is built into the structure of the class, creating a steady, intentional pace from beginning to end.
This restorative class is offered as a special session on the first Sunday of January, designed to set the tone for the weeks ahead.
