Cancellation Policy

At West Door Yoga, we value your time and commitment and aim to provide flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our offerings. Please review our cancellation policies for different bookings below: Class Bookings Minimum Notice for Cancellation Without Penalties: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class to avoid penalties. Workshops & Events Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the workshop or event to qualify for a full refund. Refunds or Credits for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Private Sessions Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid penalties. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Clients will be charged 50% of the session fee for cancellations made within 24 hours or 100% of the session fee for no-shows. General Notes Non-Transferability: Refunds, credits, or class packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who made the booking. Liability Waiver Reminder: By booking any classes, workshops, or private sessions, participants agree to the terms outlined in our liability waiver. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this cancellation policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New York, and the venue for any disputes shall be Suffolk County. Data Protection: All personal data provided during the booking and cancellation process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment Processing Fees: Late cancellation or no-show fees will be charged automatically to the payment method on file at the time of booking. Force Majeure: West Door Yoga is not liable for cancellations resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-mandated closures. Communication: All cancellations must be made via email at contact@westdooryoga.com or through the online booking system. Emergencies: Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the studio’s discretion. Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change. Updates will be communicated via the website.
