Before the Cold Sets In | Miami Winter Yoga Retreat 2026

Five days of warmth, movement, and connection before winter takes over.
Every year around this time, daylight savings takes us prisoner. The air gets cooler, the days are shorter, and everyone starts saying how fast the year flew by. When the light fades, our energy follows. You’re not alone. This is when even the most driven people start to feel stretched thin.
Then the whirlwind of the holidays blows through and leaves us wiped out. This is when energy fades and we start reaching for warmth, connection, and light, all the things that bring us back to life.
And that’s exactly why I planned our Miami Winter Yoga Retreat, happening January 28 to February 1, 2026, a place where warmth, movement, and good company refill what the long winter takes away.
The Place That Changes the Pace | Winter Wellness in Miami
I wanted a location that felt open, bright, and alive.
I found it in The Lagoon Villa, a private glam villa in Miami, Florida, with a large heated pool, tropical gardens, and sun. It’s quiet, warm, and made for gathering.

This private villa retreat in Miami brings people together through movement, meals, and shared time outdoors. It’s a wellness experience that doesn’t feel like a program. It feels like a pause that matters.
We’ll cook community meals together using fresh, local ingredients. Mornings begin with yoga by the pool. Afternoons unfold with workshops and quiet time to rest. Evenings bring good food and unhurried conversation. Calm follows you home.
“You don’t need to escape your life. You just need room to breathe in it.”
Five Days That Flow Naturally | Miami Yoga Retreat Schedule
Each day offers a mix of movement, rest, and calm connection.
Cinema Night
Floating Sound Bath
Stress Reset Workshop
Soul Mapping Workshop
Break the Stress Cycle Session
Full Moon Fireside Gathering
Moving Energy Through Breath and Dance
We’ll gather outdoors under the full Snow moon, a night to slow down, share stories, and take in the Snow Moon. You can write something you’re ready to release or simply sit near the fire. It’s quiet, beautiful, and an experience that stays with you.

Each activity is designed to bring you back into balance without overwhelm or rules. You decide what you need most: movement, rest, or space to breathe.
Plan Your Pause | Miami Wellness Retreat 2026
November still feels light, but January always arrives fast. The cold and long days take over before you even notice.
This Miami wellness retreat gives you something to look forward to. It’s a chance to reset your pace, gather your thoughts, and start the new year steady. Yoga supports both physical health and emotional balance, helping the body unwind and reset. Harvard Health.

A Reminder We All Need
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, tired, or stuck in routine, this is the kind of reset that makes a difference. Not later. Now.
Most of us spend our days taking care of everyone else. Work, family, and responsibility fill every space until there’s nothing left for ourselves.
This yoga retreat for women refills your tank through movement, sunlight, and stillness. You’ll wake to warmth, move with intention, and eat food that feels good to your body. Afternoons are yours. Float in the pool, rest, or join a workshop that sparks new energy. Each day rebuilds strength from the inside out. When you head home, you’ll carry that calm into everything you do.
Past guests say it’s the first time they’ve slowed down in years, and they left feeling stronger, lighter, and more focused than when they arrived.
